Galaxy is proud to offer Gaston County’s first ever special needs cheerleading program. We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve our community by using our expertise in cheerleading.

Special Needs teams are recognized by the USASF, the same organization that sanctions all of allstar cheerleading, and are a fast growing area in allstar cheerleading. Our Special Needs team will compete at the same competitions as the rest of our allstars.

Our biggest need right now is financial support from the community. Carolina Galaxy is providing the facilities and coaching at no cost but we really need the support of the community to cover the expenses of providing team apparal, uniforms and competition costs.

Thank you for your interest in the Carolina Galaxy After-School Care program. Galaxy is a great destination for kids after school. We have a great, caring staff assembled to provide the very best After-School care in the county. We currently pick up students from New Hope Elementary, WA Bess Elementary, Gardner Park Elementary, Belmont Central Elementary, and Cramerton Middle School. Click here to read more

Summer Camps

Galaxy Summer Camp

Carolina Galaxy offers quality supervision for our summer camp students Monday through Friday during the summer break each year. It is a very important opportunity for both intellectual growth as well as physical fitness for all of our summer students. The Galaxy summer schedule is designed each year with these two main objectives in mind. Our summer camp students will enjoy trips to the pool, zoos, museums, and much more!
