Just want to say thanks for an awesome time on Saturday at the swim party. It was so nice to just get to hang out with everyone and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with family and friends. Well party time is over....its time to get our game faces on and push the limits...reach for the stars...and bring home those championship medals and trophies I know our girls can do it but how about our team behind the teams...I want to see us dominate the spirit awards this year lets set our goal to show them no one supports their team like us Green wearing...hand clapping...foot stomping...YOU KNOW....CGA CROWD..

Tuesday night practice
ok guys i recorded both classes doing the workout condition....in the process of uploading the videos so everyone can view them.....i believe we will be youtube famous lol....everyone is doing so well....5:30 class...your jumps look amazing...remember to stay tight and hit those arm motions clean....keep it up..radiance, your level 3 tumbling is coming along...keep working hard.....comets....ily...keep up the hard work and never give up....:)... oh and we will be FANTASTICAL....okayyyy:)

loving the changes
Brianna is loving the changes at Galaxy. She loves the cheeraerobics :) We will be at home and if a song comes on she recognizes she will start doing the workout. I am also super psyched that she will have her backhand spring very soon.. Thanks for coaching her Shanna!!
